Based in Perth, we are an architecture and interior design studio who have a flair for fresh and functional, clean and modern, playful and interesting designs and builds.
Architects Yip Ng and Yi Yin Saw together have 15+ years of experience in interior design and fit outs with aspirations of further strengthening their niche in education and high end residential.
It is not just high end and corporate projects they are after. The Y. Architecture duo also have a niche passion for creating functional home modifications to meet accessible housing requirements.
Unfettered by style or preconceived notions, they strive to create unique solutions for every project designing with the end-user in mind.
Y. Architecture Studio has a broad repertoire encompassing hospitality, recreation, education and office fit outs as well as commercial, high end and bespoke residential projects.
At Y. Architecture, we project manage the design from concept to delivery to ensure that the finished product is delivered with minimal fuss. Our priority is to ensure the end project matches our client’s vision and we will carry out quality assurance to deliver on this.

Yip Ng has over 10+ years of experience working on various projects both in Australia and abroad including residential, multi-residential, office fitouts, educational, hospitality, retail, commercial and Industrial. Yip has a strong focus on delivering people-oriented projects; this means he explores the client’s needs, aspirations, vision, and design dreams, and then works within this to deliver a beautiful result.
Yi Yin Saw

Yi Yin has over 8+ years of international experience working across projects in Australia, China, Singapore and Malaysia. Yi brings to the team extensive experience in contract administration, documentation and risk management. Her project experience includes hospitality, commercial and residential sectors. Yi has a passion for working on meaningful projects that benefit the community and is working towards Y. Architecture Studio’s National Disability Insurance Scheme certification.
