AUGUSTA EXTENSION
Teaming up with Build Right Builders in Augusta, we crafted a coastal design concept for an existing home in the area. With a clean palette comprising white panelled cabinetry, light timbers, and elegant gold accents, the design exudes luxury without veering into excess. Design excellence lies in the art of restraint and knowing precisely when to stop.
The house boasts stunning coastal views, prompting a renovation to enhance the living, kitchen, and dining areas. The existing roof was replaced with an open gable roof and raked ceiling, giving greater volume to the space and uninteruppted views to the sea.
To make the most of the renovation budget, the building remains mostly unchanged except for a fresh coat of paint. However, the new roof and improvements to the main living area elevate the daily experience for the owners, turning their once ordinary space into something truly extraordinary.
