Gillican Group are a creative marketing and investor relations agency in Perth with a reputation for iconic brands and compelling communications. As the business grew, there was a need to expand into a new office space that would inspire creativity as well as accomodate future growth and expansion.
From the moment you step inside, you will be captivated by the warm and inviting atmosphere, meticulously crafted to reflect the unique style and aspirations of the Gilligan Group. The infusion of light oak and the subtle elegance of matte pink sand accents have seamlessly transformed the space.
An open plan concept was developed in conjunction with the Client that reduced the amount of built works and reused glass partitions that were set for demolition. This enabled us to use the budget on more visible items such as furniture.
The next stage was to develop an interiors concept palette that was both beautiful and functional but most importantly within budget. Working closely with trusted suppliers Shaw Contract, we were able to secure carpet stock at a largely discounted price.
Building on this, the light oak material sets the foundation, radiating warmth and sophistication. To add a twist, we incorporated a matte pink sand colour to the walls and desk legs, bringing a touch of subtle elegance. Soft, complementary colours are contrasted with warm tan notes and a feature terracotta curtain, creating a cozy and inviting ambiance. This harmonious blend of elements transcends the traditional office feel, fostering a unique and inspiring environment for Gilligan Group's team
